Here are my basic yet very useful travel bags for me and my girls. I keep it simple and tidy because going thru TSA you want to make the experience as stress free as possible. I try to check in all rolling luggage and have each girl carry their little bag to put under their seat.

My bag is a simple tote, if you want to make your life easier a back pack is even better. I bought these little “snack” clear bags on amazon and have them in my bag and each of the girls. I’ve used them on multiple trips and have even bought other ones that say “BEACH” “STUFF” AND “TOILETRIES” I always carry wipes and sanitizer. You will always be happy to have something on hand instead of looking for napkins during a messy situation. The basics which are obvious are iPad, charger, and EarPods I like the single ones, it’s easier to just wear one so you can pay attention to the kids with the other ear. I do pack a small case of basics like chapstick, hand lotion, an eyeliner, blush and powder. I need my neck pillow and eye mask. I also like to pack an empty water bottle.

Her bag is very similar to mine but with a lot less. iPad with pencil, head phones, chargers, neck pillow, wet ones, empty water bottle, chapstick, and snacks. My goal with hers is for her to be self sufficient and need nothing from me.

I try to pack everything possible in packing cubes in their checked in luggage. then they have a small manageable back pack for them to carry. Once again, tablets, head phones, sanitizer, neck pillow, empty water bottle, snacks and I always put a muslin blanket for them to get cozy on the plane.
Keeping it simple but manageable. I don’t kid to throw everything in, everything is best separated. Doesn’t have to be fancy even a ziplock bag works.
Hope this helps you travel more efficiently.
